Prior to joining his current partners, Cary spent approximately five years with the firm of Schifino & Fleischer, a boutique firm that limited its practice to initial public offerings and other securities offering transactions. Cary also spent approximately seventeen years with the Trenam Kemker law firm, where he was a partner practicing in the areas of business transactions and taxation.
